Kids have a seat at the table with USDA lunch program

LAKE ELSINORE – From June 16 through July 17 kids ages 1-18 who reside within the district are eligible to participate in a free lunch program funded by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). LEUSD’s Food Services Department is hosting this annual nutrition outreach program at Lakeland Village School (18730 Grand Avenue, Lake Elsinore).

Lunch will be available Monday through Thursday from 12:35 to 12:50 p.m. Times are subject to change. Participants must check in at the school office and food must be eaten on site. Parents may buy an extra lunch for $3. Lunch will not be available on Thursday, July 3, or on Fridays.
